On 28 June 2011, Google launched its latest effort at a social networking site.
Having learnt from the failures of Google Buzz and Google Wave, they now seem to have got it right, releasing a user friendly, versatile platform.
So why should you care?
“Why do I need to learn yet another social media site?” I hear you cry, throwing your hands in the air…
You should care because Google+ is from the stable of Google. You know, the biggest search engine on the planet.
These guys own YouTube.
They control what information is returned anytime you do a Google search online.
And Google owns a smartphone platform – Android. Over 700,000 Android devices are bought every day making signing up to Google+ easier.
From a user perspective, Google+ is adding 625,000 new users each day. In December 2011 alone, Google+ doubled it’s traffic – in a single month.
With 62 million users to date, Google+ is now on track to reach 400 million users by the end of 2012. Facebook took 6 years to reach that mark.
So here’s what I see happening as we move into 2012.
Google has the power to start to incorporate Google+ into your browsing experience.
They have the power to roll out Google+ with each new smartphone handset installed with Android. And we’re talking a lot of phones. That’s a massive market reach.
Google has already announced changes to their algorithm on how a website is ranked and returned in search results.
They are placing far more emphasis on websites that are “social”. That is, sites that incorporate social media and authorship into their content.
So it makes sense that websites that reference Google+ and have +1 buttons on them will benefit from these changes.
If you are interested in getting your website found online, it makes sense to use Google+ as part of your online marketing strategy.
That’s where we come in.
We’ll show you how to get on board with Google+ right now via our easy to follow, step-by-step videos.
You just click, watch and do. Simple!

Like you’d expect of any new social networking site, Google+ is rolling out new functionality and changes at a rapid rate.
We understand how frustrating this can be – just as you’ve nailed how to do something online they go and change it! Or move it… Sound familiar?
That’s why we constantly monitor what’s new, what’s changing and update our videos to keep them current. Plus, we’re adding new videos at a regular rate.
That way our members always have access to videos showing them how to do something online.
As a VIP Member, we’ll keep you up to date with what’s new and how to use it on Google+.
